Le Swave is located in La Grande Arche, the most iconic building of La Défense’s business district, 10 minutes away from downtown Paris. Our 2 500 m² are divided between coworking spaces, private offices, living spaces and a showroom ; all remarkably connected to the financial sector ecosystem.

As such, it is the only ecosystem that specializes in dealing with your issues, whichever your business position in the financial industry.

• A tailor-made coaching for 0% of your capital : Benefit from Paris&Co’s experience in terms of entrepreneurship and work with our team of specialists dedicated to you, while we don’t take any of your capital.

• A unique workspace : Located in the very heart of La Défense’s business district, 10 min away from downtown Paris (line 1, RER A, line L), Le Swave THE place to be to meet the actors of finance in France and in the world. Enjoy our 2 500 m² to work together with corporate, research and other start-ups to strengthen your own business.

Le Swave offers an incubation deal orientated towards business acceleration (business development, fundraising, increasing visibility, recruitment, internationalization) and strengthening your business major for 5 000 €/year. The program is made of individual coaching (incubation boards, specialized office hours, mentoring, …) and collective workshop (learning expedition with our parners, reverse business pitches, raise academies, meet-ups with VCs, pitch contests, …) and gives access to our partnership book.

On the real-estate front, Le Swave offers several alternatives (please note that having an office @ Le Swave in La Grande Arche de La Défense is a pre-requisite to join the program. It is not optional) :
